↩️ Cancellation and refunds

Customer cancellations, no-access, company failure, released reservations and HomeCare Pro turnout compensation.

Before dispatch

An eligible cancellation or HomeCare-approved reschedule releases the visit reservation according to the price and timing shown before confirmation. An attached errand that has not started also releases its protected purchase and transport budgets. A replacement date must come from available HomeCare capacity.

After dispatch or no access

The customer receives documented contact attempts and a 15-minute access grace period. If access is still unavailable or the customer cancels after dispatch, applicable travel and turnout compensation may be charged and the remaining reservation released.

HomeCare cannot deliver

When HomeCare cannot provide the accepted visit, the customer may choose an available replacement, reschedule or refund. The HomeCare Pro’s eligible travel or turnout compensation is handled separately from the customer resolution.

Started visits and disputes

Once customer-authorized work starts, any refund depends on completed scope, evidence and the issue review. Reward value returns only to the reward balance; cash-funded value returns to the appropriate wallet or original payment route where required.
