🧽 HomeCare Pro Agreement
The work, earnings, conduct, customer-contact and fair-review rules for approved cleaning professionals working through HomeCare (“HomeCare Pros”).
Earnings and opportunity
- Assignment pay and separate travel reimbursement are shown on every visit HomeCare assigns.
- Eligible HomeCare Pros can receive the published four-week earnings floor, quality and reliability bonuses, 100% of tips and training-linked career progression.
- Settled earnings can use the available withdrawal option, supported bill payment or the standard 24-hour payout timing, subject to bank, fraud and dispute checks. Paying a bill does not change the assignment-pay, travel, tip, bonus or floor records used to calculate earnings.
- HomeCare assigns work using approved availability, service area, workload and skill. HomeCare Pros keep availability current and promptly report an emergency or genuine conflict to Operations; assignments do not wait for an accept button.
- HomeCare aims to provide reliable assignments, verified customers, support and a clear path to higher work levels; no specific volume is guaranteed outside an expressly activated earnings-floor programme.
Customer phone access
- The assigned customer’s phone number is available only for directions, gate access and matters needed to complete the active visit.
- Do not save, share, publish or use the number after the visit, and do not contact the customer to request private work or payment.
- Do not record conversations inside the customer’s home.
No circumvention
Do not solicit or accept direct cleaning, permanent household employment, off-platform payment or another arrangement with a customer introduced through HomeCare when it bypasses HomeCare. Future work remains in HomeCare so earnings records, support, replacements, rewards and safety controls remain available.
Private direct-job reports
If a customer offers direct work, use the private report on the linked assignment. The customer cannot see the report. Describe what occurred without making a secret audio recording. Operations reviews available records and may ask follow-up questions.
Fair investigation
A report or allegation alone is not grounds to reduce earnings, remove assignments or penalize a HomeCare Pro. An authorized Operations reviewer must assess available evidence, record reasons and provide the applicable review route before disciplinary action. Knowingly false reports may be reviewed under the conduct rules using the same fair process.
Safety and quality
- Leave or pause work when there is immediate danger and contact support.
- Follow the accepted scope, room checklist, start PIN, evidence, errand and incident rules.
- Protect customer information, valuables and home access details, and report material incidents promptly.
