🧹 Service terms

The general interior-cleaning scope, property requirements, service timing, scope changes, quality recovery and conduct rules.

General cleaning includes

  • Every declared interior room: reachable-surface dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
  • Light organization and tidying of ordinary visible items within the same room so the space is left neat.
  • Bathrooms/toilets, guest toilets, kitchen surfaces, sink and dishwashing.
  • Bed making and changing customer-provided linen.
  • Emptied refrigerator interior, ordinary household grease inside the oven and empty cabinet interiors and exteriors.
  • Reachable interior windows, doors, handles, switches, light arrangement and indoor-bin emptying.
  • Internal stairs are included up to the highest floor selected and are not booked separately. Floor numbering is 0 for Ground, 1 for First, 2 for Second and so on.
  • BQ and annex rooms are included when counted in the matching room totals. A BQ bedroom is another bedroom, not a separate selection or fee.

The customer provides

  • Before arrival, set out suitable cleaning products, cloths or sponges, rubbish bags and the equipment required for the booked home.
  • Provide safe water and electricity, and make sure equipment such as the broom or vacuum, mop and bucket works.
  • Put out fresh bed linen if you want it changed; secure pets and valuables; and inform the gate or household who is coming.
  • Ensure every booked space is accessible and an adult or authorized household contact is ready to approve the start.
  • Provide accurate room totals and highest-floor selection, access notes, pets and relevant safety information.

Light organization is not reorganization

  • HomeCare Pros may place ordinary visible items neatly within the same room, without changing the room’s setup.
  • They do not redesign layouts, decide permanent storage locations, sort cupboards or wardrobes, make decluttering or disposal decisions, or move belongings between rooms.
  • Heavy furniture, appliances and other unsafe or bulky objects are never moved as part of general cleaning or an organization add-on.

Not included in general cleaning

  • Clothes washing and ironing unless the matching paid add-on appears in the confirmed price; handwashing is not offered.
  • Exteriors, roofs, compounds, ladder work or unreachable windows.
  • Post-construction work, hazardous or medical waste.
  • Heavy-object moving, specialist mould treatment, pest treatment or dangerous substances.
  • Any unbooked room or structure, including a BQ room omitted from the room totals, until a revised scope is approved.

Timing and scope changes

Arrival windows are estimates, while the booked workload determines expected working time and HomeCare Pro count. Same-day is available only for an eligible reviewed workload and remains subject to Operations assigning available capacity. If the property differs from the booking, HomeCare offers a revised price, a documented reduced scope or cancellation before work starts. Onsite add-ons require an itemized displayed price, sufficient wallet balance, customer approval and enough time.

Clear pricing

The confirmed total shows the base visit, declared spaces, selected paid add-ons, recurring discount and any eligible same-day surcharge. General cleaning is not reduced to create a low headline price. Nothing outside the itemized scope is charged or started without customer approval.

Quality recovery

Report a missed booked task through the linked visit within 24 hours of completion. HomeCare reviews the booked scope, checklist, timestamps, messages and available evidence. When a re-clean is approved, HomeCare offers an available return slot within the next 48 hours. A re-clean covers only missed work in the original paid scope, not new mess, damage, excluded work or an unpurchased add-on. HomeCare may instead provide a proportionate credit or refund where a re-clean is unavailable or unsuitable.
